Tour Information
- Initial deposit — ₹35,000/- per person to confirm your booking.
- 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.

- 45–30 days prior to departure — 25% of tour cost
- 30–15 days prior to departure — 50% of tour cost

🏨 Hotel Notes
- Hotels in this region are categorized as Grade A2+, A1+, A (Three Star equivalent), Grade B (Two Star), Grade C (One Star), and Grade D (Budget).
- Check-in: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 11:00 hrs.
- Most hotels in hilly areas do not have lifts. Guests with blood pressure, heart, or knee issues are requested to inform us in advance.
- Scarcity of water and electricity is common in hilly areas. Some hotels have fixed schedules for hot/cold water supply.
- Room heaters in Grade C & D hotels are available on request at ₹150–₹200 per room per night (paid directly at hotel).
🌏 Note for Inbound / Foreign Clients
- NRI, OCI, PIO Card holders and Foreign Nationals are not permitted to visit Baba Mandir and Nathula Pass.
- They may visit Tshangu Lake with a valid permit (minimum group of 2).
- Valid passport, visa/OCI/PIO card and 8 passport-size photos required for permit processing.
🚗 Transport Notes
- Vehicles are not at disposal — used on a point-to-point basis per itinerary only.
- As per local syndicate rules, drivers change for every transfer and sightseeing.
- Car AC will not function in hilly terrain.
- INNOVA capacity is 6 passengers (including children) as per Government Rule.
📋 General Operations
- Tour starts and ends at Bagdogra (IXB) Airport / New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station.
- Meals start with Dinner on Day 1 (MAPAI) and end with Breakfast on the last day.
- Landslide is a common occurrence in hilly areas — diversion expenses charged as per actuals.
- Persons with knee, heart, or blood pressure conditions and children below 5 years should avoid Nathula, Gurudongmar, and Zero Point.
- No refund for any unutilized services.
📌 Permit Requirements (Tshangu / Nathula / North Sikkim)
- Valid Government-issued Photo ID required for all adults (18+).
- 4 passport-size photographs per member required.
- Send details 15 days prior to arrival: Name, Age, Gender, Contact Number, Address, 4 colour photographs, valid photo ID copy.
- Nathula is open Wednesday to Sunday only. Limited permits issued 48 hours in advance.
- Nathula supplement: ₹4,500–₹7,000 per vehicle (Hard Top Jeep), max 8 passengers.

- Rates are dynamic and subject to hotel inventory, festival periods, and peak dates.
- All costs are per person based on twin sharing.
- Pre-ponement of journey is not permitted and will be treated as cancellation.
Day-wise Itinerary
- As per Government Rule, in 01 Innova only 06 heads are allowed (including children). If the number exceeds 06, guests will have to opt for a 2nd vehicle.
- While travelling to Sikkim carry original ID card (Indian Passport / Election Card / Driving License) with 2 xerox copies & 4 passport-size photographs. PAN Card & Aadhar Card are NOT valid ID proofs. Without this, check-in at Lachung & Gangtok hotels will be denied.
- NRI or foreign nationals must obtain a permit prior to travel — please inform us in advance. The above costs are valid only for Indian Nationals; rates for foreign passport holders differ.
- Sikkim has hilly terrain and rough roads. Travelling time is longer than typical distances suggest — please plan accordingly.
- Vehicles are used on a point-to-point itinerary basis only and may not be of the highest standard due to rough road conditions.
- Travel light with minimum one piece of baggage per person. Excess baggage will require an extra vehicle at additional cost, collected directly from guests.
- Entry fees are applicable for all sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.

🗓 Day-by-Day Programme
On arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB), you will be met by our local representative who will assist you to board the vehicle to Gangtok. On reaching, check in and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, full-day excursion to Tshangu Lake (12,400 Ft — 43 Kms, ~2 hrs one way) & New Baba Mandir (13,100 Ft — 18 Kms further). Return to Gangtok. Overnight at hotel.
Optional: Nathula Pass (14,137 Ft, Indo-China Border) — open Wed–Sun, Indian nationals only. Advance permit required. Supplement: ₹5,500 per vehicle.
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Lachung. En route visit Tashi View Point, Seven Sisters Waterfall (subject to normal route operation) & Bheem Nala Waterfall. On arrival, check in. Evening walk around the village recommended for body acclimatization. Overnight at hotel.
After early breakfast, half-day excursion to Yumthang Valley (Valley of Flowers — 11,800 Ft, 25 Kms, ~1.5 hrs one way) & Yumesamdong / Zero Point (15,300 Ft — 24 Kms further, ~1.5–2 hrs). Back to hotel. Evening walk recommended for acclimatization. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, checkout and transfer back to Gangtok. On reaching, check in and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, checkout and half-day Gangtok sightseeing: Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (closed 2nd & 4th Sat, Sun & holidays), Do-rul Chhorten, Research Institute of Tibetology (closed 2nd & 4th Sat, Sun & holidays) & Banjhakari Falls. Later, transfer to Pelling. Check in and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, morning sightseeing: Pemayangtse Monastery, Chenrezig Statue & Skywalk. Post lunch: Rimbi Waterfall, Khecheopalri Lake (sacred Buddhist lake) & Kanchanjunga Waterfall. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Darjeeling. On reaching, check in and overnight at hotel.
Early morning ~4:00 AM (subject to clear weather): visit Tiger Hills (8,482 Ft) for sunrise over the mighty Kanchendzonga Peak — 3rd highest in the world. Back to hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, half-day sightseeing: Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed Thursdays), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, and Panoramic Tea Estate tour.
After breakfast, transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your onward connection. Tour concludes with warm memories of Sikkim & Darjeeling!
